Élite Real Estate is founded by Fred van Krimpen, who has been living in Fuengirola for 30 years, and started in 1978 as one of the first Estate Agents of a foreign nationality on the Costa del Sol. The area Élite specialises on, can be described for the insiders as: along the coast from Torrequebrada to Calahonda (Marbella) and then up in the mountains from Valtocado, via Mijas-Pueblo to Buena Vista. Not excluding special objects in other areas.
